Nathan Bedford Forest State Park

This 800 acre park is a beautiful place to spend some time taking pleasure in the great outdoors. You can trek the nature trails, go back packing, or take in the mountain view from Pilot Knob. There is fishing and canoeing on Kentucky Lake, nature programs, a museum picnic areas, a playground, and concessions. You can set up camp at one the campsites or reserve a group lodge.

Also on Kentucky Lake is Paris Landing State Park where you can swim (pool or a beach), water ski, go boating (launch, rental, marina), play a round of golf, or a game of tennis, eat a picnic lunch or let the kids play on the playground. Concessions, camping, lodging and a restaurant are also available.
